Our website does not handle fully automated on-line orders; we prefer to deal directly with all our customers by email and by telephone, to ensure you order just what you want and to give you that personal service. It's difficult and expensive to return large goods from halfway around the world, so we aim to make sure no mistakes are made in the first place.
