The Galley Shop is an on-line catalogue of over a thousand different types of product, each one with a picture, description and price. However, we are not completely automated and a human being is always involved in the process. Once you have chosen items to buy we deal directly with you, by telephone, email or personal visit, to ensure you get exactly what it is you need. This policy is to ensure we always remain a local, friendly, Riviera-based service available to service the needs of our local clients, not an impersonal on-line shop supplying anonymous customers from all over the globe.
For all orders we require an advance deposit by cash, credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Once this deposit is received by our bank we will normally supply your order within 14 days, delivered to you personally on your yacht or at your villa. Before any payments are made, the availability of items will be checked, you will have a full acknowledgement of the order and you will be advised at all stages leading up to the delivery. Although we can take orders by telephone or email we recommend that you register with our website. This has the advantage that you can track the progress of your orders from your own computer, as well as being able to call up past orders for reference.
